Recipes can be very personal. Sometimes fiercely guarded, sometimes widely spread. What came from someone, becomes ours. What we pass on becomes theirs. chicken korma is my favorite meal with some saag paneer. (whole foods use to keep it on their hot bar, now they have moved on to chinese, I am sad)Laura
